Hi there! Thank you for stopping by. I’m an author, artist, photographer, and adventurer based in the beautiful Columbia-Shuswap region of British Columbia, Canada. My work is inspired by challenging life experiences and my bomb-proof will to not only survive but to thrive. Through dealing with trauma, I’ve learned that beauty can grow after violence. My search for beauty after violence has been key in staying connected with my soul and maintaining a peaceful heart.
